Taxonomies, Indexing, and Information Architecture
Hedden Information Management offers “applied library science” services to facilitate the access of information, whether on the web, in databases, or in books and other printed documents. Services include:
- online courses and in-person workshops in taxonomies and web site indexing
- development of taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and indexing thesauri
- indexing: books, web sites, and periodicals
Services are provided by Heather Hedden, an information specialist with many years experience creating and enhancing vocabularies of index terms, in addition to indexing, for a large database publisher.
Translation services are provided by Thomas Hedden.
